I don't understand why.... This. Place. Is. So. Undervalued. I cannot understand why this place is never fully booked like the other restaurants nearby. The food and service here are soooo much better than let's say "Cathedrale". The ambience might be more open which makes it feel less private/cozy/"fine dining" but the decor (especially in their restroom) cannot be more luxurious. Plus the ambience is Spanish style who love eating outdoors which I believe was the inspiration. But I digress, the food here is the focal point and it is soooo good. We had the branzino, albondigas (meatballs), tin can mussel, tin can sardines, shishito peppers, braised pork cheeks, and seafood paella. My favorite is anyways the tin can mussel with the tomato puree served with sea salt and toast. It sounds too simple but all the reason why it's so good. The branzino and meatballs were fresh and just very well prepared. The paella had fresh seafood but had a slight muddiness to the flavor which I didn't mind but apparently bothered my husband. lol Either way, if you forget to make a dinner reservation for Fri/Sat night or even breakfast Sunday morning before heading home, I recommend stopping in here. You'll walk right in since it's never fully busy and won't regret it.

My girlfriends were in the mood for tapas and other Spanish cuisine and this place definitely takes home Gold! Upon entering, immediately drawn to the beautiful music from the Spanish guitarist. Server was very friendly and we got served this delicious amuse bouche, a fried angel hair w paprika. Everything on the menu looked delicious! We got just all around delicious meal.. don't miss out on their paellas... our marisco paella was perfectly cooked and got it in an 1/2 hour (so not as long as advertised, also bc we mentioned we were a bit short on time!) The salad was so fresh and a generous portion! Definitely worth trying!!

We are pretty happy with Julian Serrano, but mostly because we found a way to eat here without super breaking the bank. We got the seafood paella and it could have fed four people. Probably the two of us were barely able to eat a little more than half and pick out all the seafood :-) it was $85 for the whole paella at time of review We knew we were going to have a big meal for the two of us so we didn't want to pay for or fill up on tapas but we were hungry and had a little while to wait for the paella to cook. So we got the small tapas plate with the olive almonds and pickled peppers, which was perfect and good didn't fill us up but gave us some thing to snack on at a decent price point $18 for all three about I think. Having been to Spain, I thought the paella was pretty gosh darn good and I'm not even really a fan of paella. It was just the easiest thing to eat in order for the evening lol I was surprised I enjoyed it so much. So our dinner for two was around $100 before tax and tip not bad to sit down and dine in a casino and have seafood and appetizers. We are members of the rewards where you play the game POP! Slots on your phone and get reward points. I redeemed a reward for $20 off Julian Serrano so we were also able to apply this to our bill. Bring it down to about $80 before tax and tip. I hope this hopes you decide on dining here or not and if you need to be frugal, how you can actually do it frugally which is still expensive but for a, sit down meal and luxury casino on the strip. I thought it was a pretty darn good deal!

Perfection. Some of the best octopus I've had in a long time. The piña and vodka, delicious. Great service. Open restaurant style allows for views of the Aria as people are walking by. Definitely coming back sometime. Great choice for tapas.
